Could life be complete without chocolate? What about bacon? If you had the opportunity to combine both ingredients in one recipe together would you do it?
A few weeks ago I read a cozy mystery and as is typical of the genre the author included a recipe at the back of the book. This particular one, for a batch of cookies, caught my attention. The ingredients included chocolate chips and bacon. I told John about it and one thing lead to another. He altered the recipe to include a few of his own favourite ingredients and this is the result.
