Spring 2020 Has Sprung in Ottawa

It boggles the mind (well, at least it boggles mine) that another month of staying at home, social distancing, obsessive hand washing and donning face masks to go to the grocery store have passed since my last blog post.

5-Day Housesit With Our REAL Grand-Fur Babies!

Of the many housesits we’ve completed during the past ten years the one we just completed today is extra special for a number of reasons. One, it's the first sit we’ve done for our daughter and son-in-law who live in Massachusetts and two, we spent the past five days with our real grand fur babies, Doug and Walter!

On one hand, I feel slightly guilty for being so lax, but on the other I've totally enjoyed the lull and opportunity to relax with my beloved knitting and crochet projects. That's not all we've been up to, of course, and it's been an a pretty good winter to date. Here's the recap...
