Happy Hour at the Beach

To mark the end of another day at the beach, I decided to create a little sunset celebration. Nothing fancy, but a fun, tasty, and easy happy hour at the beach. On Sunday we had guacamole, salsa and humus with roasted garlic/black bean chips.

On Monday it was goat cheese with cranberries and rye crisps.


Tuesday we enjoyed egg rolls and sweet & sour dipping sauce.


Wednesday? It was crab with zucchini, spinach and assorted crackers.


On Thursday we opted for smoked garlic cheddar & paper thin slices of salami.


Now...that leaves the question of what to serve tonight? I have no clue at the moment, but one thing is certain. Regardless of what I decide on, odds are there'll be WINE. That's why it's called happy hour!
